Refund policy

All items are made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which means we can't accept returns for size or preference changes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no hassle. Digital downloads are final sale — no refunds once the file's been delivered, since there's no way to "return" a download.
